1、 Shareholders of the company
There must be a company and shareholders of any nationality
2、 Address of secretary
Before the government approves the company's registration, the company must sign an office lease agreement and hold the local registered address and the local resident company secretary
3、 Financial audit
Companies registered in Vietnam by foreign investors must submit annual financial statements for audit
4、 Confirmation information
The company must confirm the relevant information (company registration, name and address of directors, principal place of business, shareholders and their shareholding details) every year. If the company does not have relevant financial year accounting affairs, this obligation can be exempted

1. Registered capital (in place within 90 days after obtaining the company registration certificate);

3. Business scope;
4. List of legal persons (1 person is enough);
5. List of directors (without nationality restriction, foreigners need to obtain work permit and temporary residence permit in local area);
6. List of shareholders, amount of shares and financial certificate of shareholders (at least 1 shareholder, no upper limit of share amount);
7. Scanned passport / address certificate of all shareholders, directors and legal persons (if the shareholder is a company, please provide the company registration certificate);
8. The identity certificate and financial certificate of shareholders shall be notarized in China and certified by Vietnamese embassy and consulate in China.
